    Meet the Instructor - Anthony

Today we meet a Spinzone Instructor who is truly passionate about fitness and helping others get in shape. Anthony is a certified Personal Trainer and Spin Instructor and he certainly knows how to lead an entertaining spin class! On Tuesdays at Spinzone his back to back classes at 6pm and 7pm are always jam packed. Anthony opens up about his secret love for cheesy music and tells us about his mission to complete the six world major marathons. After recently running the Dublin marathon in under 3 hours we don’t think it’ll take him long!

Tanya has been working in the fitness industry for 15 years and fell in love with spin after a somewhat shaky start (she left her first spin class after 15 minutes vowing to never come back!). We caught up with her to find out what she loves about spin and get her top tips on how to fuel up for your class.
